Grassroots Team is working to bring people together to support the world’s most effective advocacy organizations Job Description The Canvass / Field Director in Training role at Grassroots Team seeks individuals with prior experience in canvassing and leadership. We are looking for dedicated candidates who will undergo comprehensive training in the Grassroots Team standard training program and policies, starting from the ground up. As a Director in Training, you will become an essential part of our team at our nearest office, embarking on an intensive and accelerated training journey within the Grassroots Team training program. Throughout this program, you will acquire essential canvassing and training skills while working on our highest-priority campaigns, both established and new. Your primary goal will be to consistently surpass fundraising expectations. Your training period will span from 6 to 10 weeks, and your placement into a Field or Canvass Director role will depend on your performance.
